Could my gf be pregnant?

Basiclly. me and my girlfriend we in a private place. she teased me so i pre-came.. i rearanged and felt wetness in my boxers... i did wipe them after.. though i later used those fingers to finger my gf. We are both 14. im too young to be a dad. what do i do? could she be pregnant???? before you all say anything. we are mature. we have been going out for 4 months and talk about this kind of stuff all the time.
