HELP PLEASE! does he like me?

well were both 16 years old we he told me he liked me in about july/-? and you could tell he really liked me :) but like a month later for 2 or 3 months we stop talking because well his phone broke but it turns out he also when back with his ex and in NOV we started talking Again and in may24-2011 my cousin told him i liked him and he flirts with me and tease me and looks at me in this really cute away but he act like he doesn't now I like him but he knows i now i like him...ohh yeah n his scared of my dad and he told my cousin one of the reasons sometimes he try to stay away from me!!!!. but he lives an hour away from me and a lot girls are after him well his friends i guess and he flirts back but i found out a week or 2 that he has a gf but she lives in mexico so if he liked her or whatever why would he flirt with me n look like he liked
