My dog hurt his tongue and wont drink or eat now?

it might not be his tounge when you check because alot of dogs GUMS bleed whilst fetching sticks, frisbee etc. and start bleeding................ its actulally good for there gums but if it is the tounge take him to a vet but he should be fine. xD hope that helps
